Sorry for the late update on this one – I’d lost my notes.

Hove traveled to Petersfield in the first round of the EDF Senior Vase and came away convincing winners at 24-7. First half tries by Ryan Morlen and Lee Preston with a conversion by Alex Robertson saw Hove go in 12-0 up at half time.

A similar story for the second half saw the troops get a further 2 tries courtesy of James Finlason and Clayton Saunders with Alex Robertson winning through with one of the conversions. Petersfield managed a consolation try late on.
