Of course memory fades and I will search to see if I wrote anything more contemporaneous. Otherwise, memories of this were good.
We had National Anthems before the game and the Rouen Vets team (Rouen Arlequin) looked ater us very well.
A great Friday night (which I’m sure was designed to make us all the worse for wear and no good for the Saturday. It worked). Singing and naked congas out of the restaurant and around the square come to mind. But surely not – I can’t be certain. LOL
The home town of Joan of Arc and a fantsatic ground. Apparently the local Council give them several hundred thousand € per year to deliver rugby outcomes to the City.
